As a lover of visual art and artists, It’s always a pleasure to visit Larry in his studio – there is so much to see and experience.
Taken from Larry’s website:
“At a time when realism is returning to public consciousness, Sculptor Lawrence J. Nowlan follows his own path – naturalistic but not simply a copyist of nature. With a legion of patrons across the country including Viacom, Inc., MTV and ESPN Networks, The United States Government, The University of Iowa, The Culinary Institute of America, the sculpture of Lawrence Nowlan can be seen from New York City to beautiful Napa Valley California and now Dublin, Ireland.”
We had a wonderful time at this event and got a chance to meet a lot of unique and forward thinking businesses. Each year, nearly 200 exhibitors are on display at EXPO, with over 3,000 attendees walking the trade show floor during the two days.
Getting closer to placing the bridge but need to reinforce the banks with some heavy duty rocks – these are big!
“Best Places to Work in Vermont” is Sponsored by Vermont Business Magazine. Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Vermont. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25 percent of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75 percent of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Vermont and also analyzed the data to determine the final rankings.
Thanks to Greg Blanchard of Blanchard Contracting who is on site for the preliminary abutment work for the WIndsor Athletic Bridge installation.

Constructed this sign for American Crafted Spirits from 3mm Dibond. The Silo Logo was actually printed directly on the metal surface. Once the sign is up is should not be too long before they open.

Hope to see you all there. Thanks to Lisa Sorenson for her care and guidance.
